Sungha Jung One Night Only Live in Kuala Lumpur 2013

Sungha Jung who just turned 15 years old has been touted by many netizens as one of the most talented youngest fingerstyle acoustic guitarist of our generation. Born in South Korea, Jung first picked up the guitar in early 2006 after watching his father play. He then taught himself by watching video clips on the internet.


In a few months, he could play so well that his father posted his first video on Youtube and to date he has more than 400 videos, of which his cover of Pirates Of The Caribbean theme song has more than 22 million views. He has also won numerous awards on YouTube and garnered close to half a million subscribers.


At the age of 14, Jung released his first acoustic guitar album in 2010 titled ‘Perfect Blue’ produced by renowned German musicians: fingerstylist Ulli Boegershausen and composer Thomas Kessler.


Jung picked up the ukulele in 2006 after watching Jake Shimabukuro’s infamous cover of ‘While My Guitar Gently Weeps’. Without any music scores, he figured out the notes and fingering after a few hours. The recent video of his ukulele arrangement of ‘I’m Yours’ hit more than in less than 6 months of posting.


Jung’s inaugural performance in Malaysia would include acoustic guitar and ukulele. His repertoire includes pop, rock, and new age.

Lee Min-Ho was born in Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, South Korea on June 22, 1987. In the 2nd year of his high school career, Lee Min-Ho turned his attention to acting. By the time of Lee Min-Ho's senior year in high school, he joined Starhaus Entertainment with the help of an acquaintance. After going through training, Min-ho started auditioning for roles and landed smaller roles in several television dramas. His major breakthrough came with Min-ho landing the lead role in the KBS2 drama "Boys Over Flowers" as Ku Jun-pyo. The television series became immensely popular and regularly received ratings of over 30% in South Korea. Lee Min-Ho is currently majoring in Film & Art at Konkuk University.

In 2011 Lee Min-Ho starred in popular drama series "City Hunter." The drama was based off a Japanese manga by Tsukasa Hojo.


With the release of Lee Min Ho’s special album, he will go on a live world tour concert series to 10 countries including Korea, Beijing, Taipei, Bangkok, Osaka, Tokyo, Malaysia, Shanghai, Myanmar and Hong Kong. The tour will last until July and each concert will be in the hybrid format of a talk show.

However, the purpose of this album is to thank to supportive fans. Lee Min Ho’s domestic and international fans have been asking for this album and Lee Min Ho put two years of time and effort into this album in return. Moreover, a part of the profit made from this album’s sales will be donated to charitable organizations helping people in need. Until now, Lee Min Ho prepared a song for every fan meeting he’s hosted but never released the song officially or performed elsewhere.

Experience are pleased to announce today that there will be 4 ticket categories at RM588, RM488, RM388 and RM188 for the G-DRAGON 2013 WORLD TOUR: ONE OF A KIND IN MALAYSIA concert. Since the announcement of G-Dragon’s maiden solo concert in Malaysia, fans and media alike have been abuzz with anticipation about the staging of the K-Pop maestro’s show; to help cope with the expected rush for tickets when they go on sale, a special ticket launch event will be held on 11 May 2013, 10am – 5pm at Fahrenheit88.


12 ticketing counters have been arranged for at the launch and online and outlet bookings will only begin on 11 May from 2pm onwards to help ease the expected high traffic when sales start.

JPM Music's roadshow for TVXQ attracts a crowd of adoring Cassiopeia

JPM Music’s surprise roadshow held for TVXQ! fans at Tropicana City Mall last Sunday proved to be a great success as Malaysia’s Cassiopeia came out to show their love for the band and pick up some fantastic TVXQ! goodies. With the impending arrival of K-Pop’s beloved kings and their spectacular ‘Catch Me’ Live World Tour just weeks away, JPM Music and joint presenter Magnum hosted the roadshow as a special treat to true TVXQ! fans.

The event which included a singing competition, Q&A sessions and a lucky draw, gave Cassiopeia chances to get their hands on highly sought after TVXQ! Press Conference passes. Numerous fans plucked up the courage to belt out TVXQ! tunes on a public stage but it was sisters Leong Mun Chi and Leong Rui En, performing the popular title track Catch Me, who most impressed the judges as they sang and danced their way to a win. Runner up, Niky Teoh, earned herself a pair of Premium Rock Zone tickets for her performance of the song Humanoids. Jimmy Yek’s rendition of Mirotic won him a TVXQ! album whilst Ho Chi Yin and Liew Lee Yen’s creative use of balloons in their performance got each of them a Premium Rock Zone ticket. Also winning themselves a Premium Rock Zone ticket each were sisters Jazreen Azman an Jazmeen Azman who played a special acoustic guitar performance of Maximum and Hey and Norateelah Roslan who showed off her best TVXQ! dance moves.

The Q&A sessions which were held at various times during the course of the day, saw fans walking away with the latest official TVXQ! concert poster. Mazniffa Mustaffa, aged 30, emerged the winner of the special press conference pass in the lucky draw. She’s just one of the many fans who are proof that you don’t need to be a giddy teenager to appreciate timeless pop acts like TVXQ!. As the concert nears, the excitement builds and it’s clear that Cassiopeia are ready for a fantastic evening of U-know and Max’s spectacular vocals and impressive dance moves!

Fans attending the concert which will be held at Stadium Malawati, Shah Alam on 18th May 2013, are advised to take note that the concert time has been changed to 6.00pm. JPM Music to host roadshow for upcoming TVXQ! Live World Tour 'Catch Me' in Kuala Lumpur!

Adoring fans awaiting the arrival of Korean sensation TVXQ! – one of the most successful alternative K-Pop acts to date, are in for a treat! Just a few weeks ahead of the K-Pop Kings return to Malaysia for their highly anticipated ‘Catch Me’ Live World Tour, JPM Music and joint presenter Magnum are hosting a TVXQ! Roadshow this Sunday 28th April, from 10am til 10pm at the Ground Floor concourse of Tropicana City Mall.

This weekend, Cassiopeia can gather with kindred spirits who share their love for the musical stylings of U-know Yunho and Max Changmin, the spectacular duo who electrify fans with their smooth vocals and dynamic dance moves. K-POP Dream Concert Live in Malaysia at Genting Highlands!

Prepare yourself this May for an extravagant K-Pop fiesta when South korea's top performing groups converge together to perform live up at Resorts World Genting. Immerse yourself with the revolutionary Korean pop group as they are all set to engulf you with their popular hits that helped create the South Korean cultural wave overseas.

Among those performing that night :

SISTAR is a girl group performing for the first time in Malaysia (They came for The 27th Golden Disk Award in Kuala Lumpur alongside with many artiste). Headed by Hyolyn, Bora, Soyou and Dasom, they are more popularly known as PSY Girls performing the Gangnam style. They are also well known for their SEXY concepts.

Brown Eyed Girls which are often known just as B.E.G., are headed by JeA, Miryo, Gain and Narsha. Their song "Abracadabra" and "Cocky Dance" sealed their status as among the top Korean group performers. Gain also appeared as the main female lead partner alongside PSY in his latest offering, "Gentleman Dance" while B.E.G. are the originator for this music video.

4Minute is a five-member South Korean girl group consisting of Heo Ga-Yoon, Nam Ji-Hyun, Jeon Ji-Yoon, Kim Hyun-A, Kwon So-Hyun. The group received the Bonsang Award at the 20th Seoul Music Awards, and the "Kpop New Artist Award" at the 2010 Billboard Japan Music Awards with their Hit songs “Creating Love”, “Huh” and “I, My, Me, Mine” .Hyun-A was also the main female lead with PSY for his famous Gangnam Style music video.

Born To Beat or BTOB, is the new rising star of K-Pop consisting of Seo Eunkwang, Lee Min Hyuk, Lee Changsub, Lim Hyunsik, Peniel D. Shin/Shin Dong-geun, Jung Ilhoon and Yook Sungjae. Their hits include “ I Only Know Love”, “Insane” and “Father”.

G.NA who is currently the No. 1 singer in Korea and also sang the OST for the Drama "Best Love, released her digital duet song “Things I Want to Do When I Have a Lover" together with Rain on 2010, solidifying her debut into the Korean music industry. Her debut album ‘Draw G’s First Breath’ was one of the most-anticipated female solo acts and have received praise. G.NA’s “Black & White” comeback album took first place in digital sales and with this hit song she was the #1 best seller for the month of February, 2011.

Jay Park to join Mizz Nina's Around The World concert as special guest!

Kuala Lumpur, 17 April 2013 - Mizz Nina once again reserves her rightful place in the lofty echelons of Malaysia’s pop music universe as she settles into a familiar role-one she loves doing and is exceptionally good at: performing onstage. After close to three years since her debut into mainstream pop in 2010, Mizz Nina is giving back to her fans and long-time supporters with a concert showcasing her past and present repertoire.


Fresh from recording and shooting the video for her new single ‘Around The World’-an explosive collaboration with K-pop phenom Jay Park-one of Malaysia’s most hardworking pop stars has finally set the date for her first-ever major concert. Held at KL Live on 18 May, the one-hour show promises to be a sensational affair for fans of pop, R&B, hip hop and dance music, complemented with a top-notch live band. Besides appearances with special guests Jay Park and husband Noh Salleh (of indie band Hujan), Mizz Nina will be sharing the stage with the original members of Teh Tarik Crew, the group that saw her break into the Malaysian music scene in 1999 as a rapper. It’s a nostalgic return to form for Mizz Nina as well as members Altimet, Fiquetional and DJ Fuzz, who have come a long way since, and going by TTC’s comeback performance at the Raising The Bar Festival in January, it will be nothing short of evocative.

Jay Park

Contributing to the production of this live music spectacular is the concert’s creative director Raja Malek, music director Genervie Kam and head choreographer Marcus Tucker. Raja Malek has served as production designer for such musicals as Puteri Gunung Ledang and The Secret Life of Nora, and currently assumes the role of creative director for many of Sheila Majid’s projects. Genervie Kam is a multi-award winner and one of KL’s most coveted music directors. She is also an internationally established violinist, pianist, arranger and composer, and has been involved in numerous projects that include the Anugerah Juara Lagu and working with artists like Faizal Tahir. New Jersey-born choreographer Marcus Tucker has been the man behind those slick dance moves performed by Mizz Nina and her Z Team. He was a member of the UK’s #1 b-boy and freestyle dance crew Funkstylerz UK and has worked with huge stars like Nas, Nick Cannon and Pixie Lott. He’s also delved into theatre as a director, choreographer and performer; and is often invited to judge dance competitions around the world, including Malaysia’s So You Think You Can Dance and Astro Battleground.


“I’m very excited about the team that I’m working with,” says Mizz Nina, who felt it was the right time to hold her own concert now that she had two albums’ worth of material. “They have all been chosen for their production and creative abilities, and I really can’t wait to see everything that we’ve been planning come to life.”
